Electronical music meets Arnhem Electricity Week. Device presents 'Kortsluiting', a unique 1.5-hour live experience centered around the world-renowned lo-fi electronic act Palmbomen II, in the main hall of Luxor Live.

Palmbomen II is the pseudonym of Dutch producer and DJ Kai Hugo. With his collection of vintage synthesizers, he sets dance floors around the world in motion, having shined at events like Dekmantel and in the soundtrack of Grand Theft Auto V. Especially for ‘Kortsluiting’, Palmbomen II creates a 1.5-hour live set, visually supported by the Arnhem-based motion design studio Supermassive.

Device Palmbomen II is hosted by Device; a collective consisting of DJs, audiovisual artists, and designers. After experimenting with virtual events and audiovisual installations, and frustrated by club nights constrained to specific genres, Device now regularly organizes club nights that stand for freedom of expression.
