Shima Mousavi Gargari

Shima Mousavi Gargari is Corporate Innovation Manager at TenneT TSO and Professor by Special Appointment at HAN University of Applied Sciences. She received her PhD in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology. In 2013, she joined the Transmission System Operator TenneT in the Asset Management unit, where she worked as an Asset Specialist and Asset Strategist. In early 2023, she moved to the Strategy and Partnerships unit as Innovation Manager, where she is responsible for strategic innovation projects and collaborations with universities, peers, and market partners. Around the same time, she was also appointed Professor by Special Appointment in the Balanced Energy Systems group at HAN University of Applied Sciences.
