Paul Pottuijt

Paul Pottuijt is Head of System Operations- Future design at TenneT TSO, where he oversees the reliability and stability of the power system amid the energy transition.
In addition to various backgrounds in the electricity sector before Paul joined TenneT in 2008, he has held various roles at TenneT, including International Business Developer and Program Manager EU market integration. He has contributed to research on the impact of renewable energy on electricity prices and has authored articles on the future of green hydrogen applications. Paul’s expertise lies in developing of EU electricity markets and developing future operational concepts, with integrating of innovative technologies on the pathway to the future sustainable energy system.
