Mohamed Loutfi

Mohamed Loutfi is the Vice President Human Resources at Schneider Electric in Belgium & The Netherlands. Schneider Electric is the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and industrial automation, and next to that the most sustainable company in the world according to Statista and Time magazine in 2024 and Corporate Knights (2025).

Before Mohamed joined Schneider Electric in 2022, he worked over 6 years in Saudi Arabia as country manager for Strukton International, as Area HR Manager in North, East & West Africa for BAM International and held several HR positions at BAM Techniek before.

He has studied business economics at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Masters degree in Management from the Nyenrode Business University.
