Johanna Schach

Johanna Schacht is the Lead of Advanced Analytics at TenneT, where she currently drives the development of AI and advanced data solutions that support one of Europe’s most critical electricity transmission systems and enable a more resilient, sustainable energy future. In her role, she focuses on applying machine learning, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision intelligence to strengthen grid operations and accelerate TenneT’s digital transformation.

Building on nearly a decade of experience in AI leadership, including heading Data Science & AI at Orbisk and leading machine learning and big data initiatives at Reply, Johanna now concentrates her work on ensuring that AI contributes measurable value to

today’s energy-system challenges.
