Femke Brenninkmeijer

Femke Brenninkmeijer is Chair of Energie-Nederland, the Dutch industry association representing companies active across electricity and gas production, supply and trading. In this role she represents the sector in discussions with government, regulators and European institutions on the policies needed to accelerate the energy transition while ensuring security of supply and affordability.

Through Energie-Nederland she works closely with policymakers and industry leaders on key challenges including system integration, electrification and the large-scale investments required to modernize Europe’s energy infrastructure.

Brenninkmeijer also serves on several supervisory and advisory boards across the energy, infrastructure and logistics sectors, bringing a broad perspective on the economic and industrial transformation required for a climate-neutral energy system.
