Elena Sbenghea

Program Leader in Stationary, Long-Duration Battery Technologies at Battery Competence Cluster NL (BCC-NL) and Oost NL. She connects Dutch and European R&D with industry and public funding to accelerate innovation in energy storage. Her expertise spans the full battery value chain, from technology development to market deployment.

Previously, she worked in the high-tech solar energy sector in China as acting GM of Tempress Systems in Shanghai and Kunshan. She is also active within Zonta International, where she connects technology with societal impact.
