Biqing Yang

Biqing Yang is an energy analyst at Ember, where she specialises in the in-depth policy analysis of China’s energy transition. She has more than ten years of experience in energy policy and climate actions, previously worked with the International Energy Agency (IEA), the British Embassy in Beijing, and Conservation International, leading international initiatives in energy policy and climate change. She holds a Master of Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London.
