Antoinette Sol

Antoinette Sol is Energy Strategy Manager at Tata Steel. In this role, she is responsible for sourcing the company’s future electricity demand, which will evolve significantly due to its decarbonization and partial electrification plans. In addition, Antoinette serves as a board member of de Windvogel, an energy cooperation developing renewable projects. Before joining Tata Steel, she worked for five years at McKinsey on energy and decarbonization projects. There, she saw that in the most cost-optimal decarbonization pathways, the time for the steel sector to transform is now. Prior to McKinsey, she worked in energy trading and banking.
