Alessandro Lubini currently serves as Global Solution Product Manager & Product Owner at ABB Electrification-Smart Power Division, where he leads the strategy and development of Microgrid solutions. With nearly 20 years at ABB, Alessandro has built extensive expertise across diverse domains including machine automation, electrical distribution, renewable energies, rail, e-mobility, energy monitoring, and digital business.

Previously serving as Global Segment Manager, he gained deep experience in renewable energy and Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) integration in low voltage grids. A skilled and passionate professional, Alessandro excels in business development, product management, and product marketing, successfully driving innovation across multiple technology sectors. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano.
