Women in Electricity takes place during Arnhem Electricity Week and brings together professionals from across the energy sector for an inspiring and thought-provoking programme. Together with partners, 75inQ creates a space to explore leadership, sector challenges and the role of intuition and diversity in decision-making. Especially when the pressure is on.

The day starts with a shared experience in the city, guided by the programme team, setting the tone for fresh perspectives and new conversations. In the afternoon, the event continues at Rozet with a dynamic mix of plenary sessions and break-out sessions. Expect a varied programme that combines reflection, exchange and practical insights.

You will meet over 140 female professionals from different disciplines and backgrounds working on the energy transition. While the focus is on women in the sector, men are very welcome to join and take part. Women in Electricity is about strengthening leadership, broadening perspectives and building a more diverse and resilient energy sector.
