Frank started as a trainee at TenneT and quickly advanced to become a policy advisor on congestion. Now, as team leader, he oversees and improves congestion studies and the integration of customers into the high-voltage grid.
Martin Dekker (KEMA) – Operations Director KEMA Arnhem
Martin began as a Test Engineer at KEMA Labs and rose to Operations Director. He leads teams specializing in testing and certifying products for the medium- and high-voltage grid, helping manage grid congestion and integrate renewables.
Bram Holtus (DEKRA) – CEO & Managing Director
Bram’s journey started at KEMA Quality and continued with DEKRA, where he now leads global certification and testing. He’s passionate about safety, innovation, and the energy transition, and always looking for new technical talent.
Pim Joosten (Alliander) – Manager Klant & Congestie
With over a decade at Alliander, Pim has held key roles from management trainee to leading maintenance and outage teams. He brings deep knowledge of energy networks and technical innovation.
