Heavy Duty Charging International

The HDC International event is an event for the transport sector, aimed at informing participants about the latest developments in charging solutions for the transport industry.

The International HDC Event brings together the European transport sector to explore the latest developments in electric truck charging. With 300–400 transport companies expected, the event connects transport operators with OEMs, charge point operators, software providers, grid operators, financiers, policymakers and technology partners from across Europe.

Initiated and coordinated by Connectr, the event is embedded within Arnhem Electricity Week, strengthening international visibility and content alignment. In parallel, ElaadNL hosts the Truck Zero Event, focused on megawatt charging, interoperability and live testing of electric trucks and charging infrastructure.

The programme combines a plenary European perspective, interactive break-out sessions and hands-on demonstrations, offering transport operators clear insights into strategic choices, system integration, reliability and scalability of heavy-duty charging in Europe.

Plenary opening and European keynote on the state of electric truck charging in Europe, followed by interactive break-out sessions hosted by programme partners. Each session focuses on the practical impact for transport operators.

Midday
Networking lunch with ample opportunity to connect with industry peers and partners.

Afternoon
Outdoor programme featuring live demonstrations of electric trucks and charging infrastructure, site visits, a Truck & Drive experience and technical insights from ongoing test facilities, including the Truck Zero programme.
